  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Items must not be damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items with visible signs of use

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide return shipping details.

  • Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Processing & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing Time: It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we offer free exchanges. Contact our support team to arrange a replacement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
